Vibe Well Space Guest Referral Terms

The Vibe Well Space Guest Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows existing guests and community members (“Referring Guest”) to receive rewards for introducing new guests (“Referred Guest”) to Vibe Well Space.

By participating, you agree to these terms in full. Participation is not permitted where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility

To participate, a Referring Guest must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be legally able to participate

  • Be in good standing with Vibe Well Space

  • Comply with all applicable guidelines and terms

2. How Referrals Work

Referring Guests may share Vibe Well Space with friends, colleagues, or their network.

When a new guest:

  • Books a stay or experience at Vibe Well Space

  • Mentions or is linked to the Referring Guest

  • Completes a qualifying stay

The Referring Guest may receive a reward, and the Referred Guest may receive a first-time booking benefit, as determined by Vibe Well Space.

3. Qualifying Bookings

A referral is considered valid when:

  • The booking meets minimum stay or value requirements

  • The booking is completed and not canceled

  • The guest is new to Vibe Well Space

  • The referral is genuine and not self-referred

4. Rewards

  • Rewards may include credits, discounts, or other incentives

  • Rewards are issued after the referred stay is completed

  • Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

  • Limits may apply to total rewards earned

5. Use of Credits

  • Credits may be applied toward future bookings at Vibe Well Space

  • Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged

  • Credits may expire if unused

6. Acceptable Use

Referrals should be shared in a genuine and respectful way.

The following are not permitted:

  • Self-referrals or fake accounts

  • Spam, mass distribution, or misleading promotion

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or harms the integrity of the program


Vibe Well Space reserves the right to revoke rewards or remove participants at its discretion.

7. Program Changes

Vibe Well Space may modify, suspend, or end the Referral Program at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of any updates.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Well Space is not liable for any damages related to participation in the Referral Program. Participation is voluntary, and rewards are provided at the discretion of Vibe Well Space.

What to Expect

Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.
