Welcome to Vibe Well Space. By booking, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

• All reservations must be confirmed with payment (full or deposit)
• A 50% deposit* may be required to secure bookings
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to arrival or event start time
• Pricing may vary based on demand, dates, and usage

Booking & Payment

Vibe Well Space may be used for:

• Short-term stays
• Corporate housing
• Content creation
• Meetings and small events

Guests agree to:

• Use the space respectfully
• Not exceed the agreed number of guests
• Follow all house rules

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival
• Early check-in / late checkout may be available for an additional fee
• Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges

Conduct & Noise

Vibe Well is located in a residential area.

Guests agree to:

• Respect neighbors
• Avoid excessive noise
• No unauthorized parties or large gatherings

Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
• Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly
• Vibe Well Space is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Production & Event Use

For content creation or events:

• Setup and breakdown must be within booked time

• Furniture must be returned to original placement

• Additional cleaning or damages may result in fees

Right to Refuse Service

Vibe Well Space reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel bookings that violate policies
• Remove guests who do not comply with rules

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
